Эта политика описывает, какие данные обрабатывает iOS-приложение «Allergen Diary» (далее — приложение) и сайт komolbek.github.io/allergen-landing (далее — сайт). Разработчик — частное лицо, контакт: rusmirolub@gmail.com.

Коротко

Приложение не передаёт ваши данные ни нам, ни третьим лицам. У нас нет сервера, куда они могли бы попасть.
Нет аккаунтов и регистрации, нет рекламы, аналитики и сторонних SDK.
Всё, что вы вводите, хранится только на вашем iPhone.

Какие данные хранит приложение

Только то, что вы вводите сами: имя и дата рождения ребёнка, отметка «высокий риск», записи о продуктах (дата, количество, реакция, заметка), фото реакций, настройки напоминаний. Эти данные хранятся в памяти приложения на устройстве. Синхронизации через iCloud или другой сервис в текущей версии нет.

Если у вас включено резервное копирование iPhone (в iCloud или на компьютер), данные приложения попадают в эту копию, как и данные других приложений. Резервным копированием управляет Apple и ваши настройки; мы к копиям доступа не имеем.

Фото и камера

Приложение просит доступ к камере только когда вы фотографируете реакцию. Фото из галереи вы выбираете сами — приложение видит только выбранные снимки. Фото сохраняются внутри приложения и никуда не отправляются.

Напоминания

Уведомления-напоминания создаются и показываются локально на устройстве. Сервер для них не используется.

Покупки

Платные функции оплачиваются через App Store. Платёж обрабатывает Apple, мы не получаем ваши платёжные данные и не знаем, кто вы. Приложение проверяет статус покупки средствами Apple (StoreKit) на устройстве. К покупкам применяется политика конфиденциальности Apple.

Как удалить данные

Удалите записи, фото или профиль ребёнка в приложении либо удалите приложение — вместе с ним удаляются все его данные на устройстве. Копии в ранее сделанных резервных копиях iPhone удаляются по правилам Apple.

Дети

Приложением пользуются родители. Сведения о ребёнке, которые вы вводите, остаются на вашем устройстве; мы их не получаем.

Сайт

Форма записи в бета-тест. Если вы оставляете контакт (Telegram или email) и ответы на вопросы, они сохраняются в сервисе форм Formspree. Мы используем их только чтобы пригласить в бета-тест и сообщить о запуске.
Статистика посещений. Сайт считает визиты сервисом GoatCounter: без cookie и без личных профилей, только агрегированные данные (страница, источник перехода, тип браузера, страна).
Выбор языка запоминается в вашем браузере (localStorage) и никуда не отправляется.
Сайт размещён на GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), который технически обрабатывает IP-адрес, чтобы доставить страницу.

Чтобы удалить контакт, оставленный на сайте, напишите на rusmirolub@gmail.com.

Изменения

Если политика изменится (например, появится синхронизация), мы обновим эту страницу и дату вверху до выхода такой версии приложения.

Qisqacha

Ilova qanday maʼlumotlarni saqlaydi

Faqat oʻzingiz kiritgan maʼlumotlar: bolaning ismi va tugʻilgan sanasi, «yuqori xavf» belgisi, mahsulotlar haqidagi yozuvlar (sana, miqdor, reaksiya, izoh), reaksiya suratlari, eslatma sozlamalari. Bu maʼlumotlar qurilmadagi ilova xotirasida saqlanadi. Joriy versiyada iCloud yoki boshqa xizmat orqali sinxronlash yoʻq.

Agar iPhone zaxira nusxasi (iCloud yoki kompyuterga) yoqilgan boʻlsa, ilova maʼlumotlari boshqa ilovalar maʼlumotlari kabi shu nusxaga tushadi. Zaxira nusxalarni Apple va sizning sozlamalaringiz boshqaradi; bizda ularga kirish imkoni yoʻq.

Suratlar va kamera

Ilova kameraga ruxsatni faqat siz reaksiyani suratga olayotganingizda soʻraydi. Galereyadan suratlarni oʻzingiz tanlaysiz — ilova faqat tanlangan suratlarni koʻradi. Suratlar ilova ichida saqlanadi va hech qayerga yuborilmaydi.

Eslatmalar

Eslatma bildirishnomalari qurilmada mahalliy yaratiladi va koʻrsatiladi. Ular uchun server ishlatilmaydi.

Xaridlar

Pullik funksiyalar App Store orqali toʻlanadi. Toʻlovni Apple qayta ishlaydi, biz toʻlov maʼlumotlaringizni olmaymiz va kimligingizni bilmaymiz. Ilova xarid holatini qurilmada Apple vositalari (StoreKit) bilan tekshiradi. Xaridlarga Apple maxfiylik siyosati qoʻllanadi.

Maʼlumotlarni qanday oʻchirish mumkin

Ilovada yozuvlar, suratlar yoki bola profilini oʻchiring yoxud ilovani oʻchiring — u bilan birga qurilmadagi barcha maʼlumotlari oʻchadi. Avval yaratilgan iPhone zaxira nusxalaridagi maʼlumotlar Apple qoidalari boʻyicha oʻchiriladi.

Bolalar

Sayt

Beta-testga yozilish shakli. Agar kontakt (Telegram yoki email) va savollarga javoblarni qoldirsangiz, ular Formspree shakllar xizmatida saqlanadi. Ulardan faqat beta-testga taklif qilish va ishga tushirish haqida xabar berish uchun foydalanamiz.

Privacy Policy

Effective 26 October 2026.

This policy explains what data the Allergen Diary iOS app (the “app”) and the website komolbek.github.io/allergen-landing (the “site”) process. The developer is a private individual; contact: rusmirolub@gmail.com.

In short

The app does not send your data to us or to anyone else. We have no server for it to go to.
No accounts or sign-up, no ads, no analytics, no third-party SDKs.
Everything you enter is stored only on your iPhone.

What the app stores

Only what you enter yourself: your child’s name and date of birth, the “high risk” flag, food entries (date, amount, reaction, note), reaction photos and reminder settings. This data is kept in the app’s storage on your device. The current version has no iCloud or other sync.

If iPhone backup (to iCloud or a computer) is turned on, the app’s data is included in that backup like any other app’s data. Backups are handled by Apple and your settings; we have no access to them.

Photos and camera

The app asks for camera access only when you take a photo of a reaction. You pick photos from your library yourself — the app only sees the photos you choose. Photos are stored inside the app and are never uploaded.

Reminders

Reminder notifications are scheduled and shown locally on your device. No server is involved.

Purchases

Paid features are bought through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we receive no payment details and do not know who you are. The app checks your purchase status on the device using Apple’s StoreKit. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to purchases.

Deleting your data

Delete entries, photos or a child profile in the app, or delete the app — all of its data on the device is removed with it. Copies in earlier iPhone backups are removed according to Apple’s rules.

Children

The app is used by parents. Information about your child that you enter stays on your device; we do not receive it.

The website

Beta sign-up form. If you leave a contact (Telegram or email) and answers to the questions, they are stored with the form service Formspree. We use them only to invite you to the beta and tell you about the launch.
Visit statistics. The site counts visits with GoatCounter: no cookies and no personal profiles, only aggregate data (page, referrer, browser type, country).
Your language choice is remembered in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent anywhere.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which technically processes your IP address to deliver the page.

To delete a contact you left on the site, email rusmirolub@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes (for example, if sync is added), we will update this page and the date above before that version of the app is released.
